How long does shipping take?

Because we ship directly from our factory and we want to keep our products affordable for our customers through free global shipping, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order is sent out.

For international customers, it will take approximately 10 – 30 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation.

For customers in the US, we work with partners there to ensure a faster delivery and they will arrive in 5 – 20 business days from the date of shipping confirmation.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way :)
